Valencia will be one of the venues hosting the new 500 tennis tournament on the men's ATP circuit. This is a major new sports competition that will raise the international profile of Valencia. The tennis circuit will also include Rotterdam, Dubai, Acapulco, Memphis, Barcelona, Washington, Peking, Tokyo and Basel.
From 2009 onwards, Valencia will be one of the venues hosting this new 500 tennis tournament on the men's ATP circuit, which means that Valencia's annual tennis event will be moved from spring to the end of the year and will be held indoors, in the spectacular Main Square of the City of Arts and Sciences.
