The Pont de les Arts was erected in the late 20th century when the dry riverbed had already been turned into the city’s biggest park. It provides a touch of modernity.
The Flower Bridge, which opened in 2002, joins the street with the Citadel to the Paseo de la Alameda. It owes its name to the flower pots full of flowers that can be found on both sides of the bridge.
