The Jardin Botanico de la Universitat de Valencia (Botanical Garden of the University of Valencia) is not only a university garden of the sixteenth century, a rich and diverse museum in which are grown almost five thousand of different plant species, it is much more, it is culture, music, jazz ... So during the coming months it will be the scenario for a jazz concert series related to renewable energy and entitled Jazz, Energy and Synergy.
The green of the trees of the Botanical, the flowers and the soft fragrance of lavender and white rosemary will make your visit an unforgettable experience. Walking through the Muntanyeta or relaxing in the Carles Pau square after visiting the warm greenhouses display is a different way to discover the city of Valencia.
With Jazz, Energía y Sinergia circle, the Botanical pays tribute to clean energy, and responsible consumption, through the music. This is a concert series full of creativity, organized in collaboration with the group of musicians Sedajazz, who will fill this space with good vibes until December.
On 19th May Kontxi Lorente Quartet will present Mediterranean Sea. On 2nd June Voro Garcia will delight the audience with Electrio, while in October, November and December Miquel Casany and Arturo Serra, the Big Band Intokables or SedaJazz Latin Ensemble will do so in the Jardín Botánico de Valencia.
