Valencia has a wide cultural offer. The Valencia Institute of Modern Art (IVAM) and the Valencia Museum of Renown and Modernity (MuVIM) are some examples thanks to the periodical exhibitions on display at their facilities.
Rostros de Ciudad. Fotografías de Francisco Moltó Esquembre 1962-2009, exhibited in the MuVIM until 17th April, shows 50 years of work by this photographer. An extensive overview of the author's inner journey for five decades which also includes creative aspects such as landscape and studio portrait. And the IVAM, until 17th June, shows the work of Roberta González, the only daughter of the sculptor Julio González. The exhibition gathers about 80 works ranging from the first drawings, in which her father's teachings can be appreciated, until the last pictures in which her autonomy in plastic arts shines.
