On July 26th and 27th, the Valencia Street Circuit will welcome the two races held prior to the European Formula 1 Grand Prix - which will take place on the weekend of August 22nd-24th 2008.
The Spanish Formula 3 Championships and the International GT Open will be spectacular curtain raisers for the coming European Formula 1 Grand Prix on the Valencia city circuit running along the seafront of Valencia.
The drivers will warm up their engines during training on Saturday July 26th and the hotly contested race, with between 70 and 80 drivers, will take place on Sunday.
These competitions prior to the European Formula 1 Grand Prix have significant international interest, with drivers from 25 countries. The International GT Open reaches Valencia after visiting such well-known tracks as Spa, Magny-Cours and Monza.
